Job Title: EMEA Senior Data Centre Systems Design Engineer

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Greater London area.

Purpose: Lead design, development, and implementation of critical electrical systems for data centres, while acting as an industry-facing subject matter expert.

🔍 What would you be doing?

• Technical leadership in LV, MV, UPS, energy storage systems

• Cross-functional collaboration across design & build, operations, sales

• Project scope definition, engineering analysis, and construction-phase support

• Industry engagement through CPD programs and thought leadership

• Compliance assurance with IEC, EU codes, and local jurisdictional standards

• Hands-on site reviews, systems audits, and startup support

• Active contribution to marketing initiatives and client-facing promotions

• Multi-regional project management capabilities

🎯 Could you be a fit?

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)

  • 6–10 years’ experience in electrical design & development

• Technical Mastery:

• Power distribution, control systems, and automation

• Familiarity with LV/MV equipment and regulatory standards

• Strategic thinker with track record of solving complex challenges

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communicator with relationship-building acumen

  • Industry presence and ability to influence client, partner, and peer stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving finesse

  • Project management certification a plus
