Job Title: Data Centre Strategic Accounts Manager - Nordics

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Sweden or Norway

Purpose: Grow revenue within large international data centre operators by developing and executing targeted account strategies, influencing key stakeholders, and overseeing bid and tender processes.

๐Ÿ” What would you be doing?

  • Develop and own strategic account plans aligned with revenue and margin targets

  • Build and maintain client relationships at all decision-making levels

  • Identify and convert business opportunities with assigned clients

  • Lead the value proposition development and tender response processes

  • Act as internal ambassador for client needs across cross-functional teams

  • Maintain competitive intelligence and articulate The Company's unique value

  • Advocate for and execute ABM initiatives to deepen client engagement

  • Experience: 5+ years in the data centre sector, including client-facing sales or strategic account management

  • Education: Degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Skills:

    • Good knowledge of DC design, operations, and commercial frameworks

    • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management

    • Ability to lead collaboratively across functions and borders

    • Strategically agile with technical gravitas

  • Attributes:

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with client affinity

    • Balanced leadership approach โ€“ knowing when to guide, support, listen, or direct
